We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new enterprise clients and driving significant revenue growth.

• Identify and research potential business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation.

• Utilize proven outbound sales skills to generate, engage and convert leads through various channels (phone, email, social media).

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients to close deals.

• Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding expectations to drive repeat business.

• 1+ years of experience in IT/SaaS sales in international market is a must.

• Experience working with Sales Navigator is preferred.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a Technology field.

• Possess a strong desire for career development and a proactive "go-getter" spirit, thriving on new challenges and taking initiative.

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while seamlessly collaborating within a supportive team environment.

• Gain a basic understanding of outbound lead generation principles to support lead generation and campaign optimization.

• Embrace new technologies and demonstrate strong adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment.
