Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any stream Proven track record in sales and business development within security and facility management. Strong understanding of security solutions and related technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships. Self-motivated with a drive for exceeding targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
