About the Role:
Group Bayport is on the lookout for a Quality Analyst who is capable of redefining quality standards and inspiring a culture of continuous improvement. In this pivotal role, you will elevate the quality of operations throughout Group Bayport, working in harmony with the internal Quality team and external partners to ensure uniformity and excellence in every interaction. As the standard-bearer of our brand, you will articulate and enforce our quality expectations with confidence and clarity. This role requires setting the standards and frameworks that pave the way to achieving excellence across the board.
Leveraging your analytical prowess, you will adopt a metrics-driven approach to chart our successes and pinpoint areas for enhancement. Your ability to discern the overarching narrative from the data and communicate this effectively with key stakeholders is crucial. This role is central to the Quality Assurance (QA) structure, demanding a candidate who is energized by the chance to drive meaningful change. Our efficiency and effectiveness cannot be encapsulated by a singular model or metric - we count on you to develop a framework that propels our operations to global leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Quality Management: Guide management's focus on reviewing key drivers, metrics, and operational processes that influence KPI outcomes.
• BEST QA Framework Implementation: Take charge of implementing and managing our proprietary QA framework to ensure operational excellence.
• Internal Customer Satisfaction: Exhibit unwavering commitment to internal customer satisfaction across all levels of the program.
• Audit and Quality Control: Devise audit strategies for significant quality performance improvement, employing intelligent sampling logic for transactional audits.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize QA staffing for peak efficiency and ensure comprehensive audit coverage in line with the audit plan and allocated resources.
• Analytical Oversight: Lead root cause analyses for operational escalations, redesign the end-to-end non-compliance monitoring process, and conduct daily performance reviews.
• Performance Improvement Initiatives: Spearhead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Leadership and Development: Oversee the entire QA staff lifecycle within operations, including manpower planning, hiring, and career development.
What You Need to Succeed:
• Educational Qualification: A graduate degree.
• Extensive Experience: At least 9-10 years of experience in the service industry, with a minimum of 6-7 years in a Quality Analyst Role.
• Certification: Black Belt Six Sigma certification highly preferred.
• Metric Management: Proven expertise in CSAT/NPS metric management.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse international campaigns effectively
