Role Overview

  • Eligible Background: Any Graduate (B.E / BCA / BSc IT / B.Tech / MBA – Sales & Marketing are advantages)
  • Industry Experience: IT, Construction, Real Estate, EdTech, AI, BFSI, Manufacturing, and other sectors where IT solutions and services are used. Experience in System Integrator (SI) businesses or familiarity with IT products and solutions will be an added advantage.

Important Notes (Travel Policy)

  • Candidates must be willing to travel as required for client meetings, training sessions, and field assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 10–15 client visits per week (field sales + ISR role).
  • Lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with technical and logistics teams for solutions delivery.
  • Drive business growth through strategic account management.

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.

Interview Process

  • We will shortlist candidates and schedule the first round of virtual interviews (via Microsoft Teams) for locations outside Mumbai. Please note that a psychometric assessment test will be conducted if we receive a good response. Only after satisfactory assessment results will we proceed with candidate profiles.
  • Candidates based in Mumbai are required to attend multiple in-person interviews at our Mumbai office.

The selected candidates will be expected to join immediately after the successful completion of the recruitment process.
