Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Sridipta Research & Development Consultancy located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing business strategies. They will work closely with various teams to create customized solutions and contribute to the growth of the company.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
