Location: Orisha (Should be ready to travel within Orissa)

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable (3 lac to 5 lac CTC)

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating with the Govt Department, NAC and Municipality. The Business Development Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful award of the projects for RADIANT.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain strong communication channels with municipality corporation officials, other government officials, contractors, and community members, providing regular updates on project progress.


  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, permits, and other essential records.


  • Project Planning (Only New Project): Procurement of New project only.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/ Post Graduation degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management.

 

Experience

  • Preferable language ORIA /Hindi /Bengali
  • Minimum of 5-20 years of experience in coordinating with the managing body of Orisha municipality /corporation /NAC. And Should Have a dominating Personality.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
