Visit Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for the outbound travel B2B Sales Marketing Manager at ISA TOURISM PVT.LTD, located in Vasant Kunj, South Delhi. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales efforts to meet company sales goals, developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating and managing marketing campaigns, attending industry events, maintaining current relationships, building new partnerships with clients and industry partners, and analyzing and reporting on sales and marketing performance.QualificationsExperience in sales and/or marketing in the travel and Tourism sector.Experience in managing and leading a sales teamKnowledge of travel marketing strategies and tacticsProfessional communication skills in oral and written English with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and implement tourism marketing campaignsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet sales targetsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, hotel or travel management or a related field5 years Experience in the outbound tourism industry is mandatoryProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
