Job SummaryProTal HR is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in hiring for both tech and non-tech roles and a proven track record in business development within a recruitment consulting firm. This role offers an opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and non-tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.- Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.- Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure recruitment mandates.- Market Research & Strategy:Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools.Develop recruitment strategies to meet client demands effectively and efficiently.- Performance Metrics:Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, business development progress, and key performance indicators.

Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques for both tech and non-tech roles.Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
