As an RPO Associate you will beresponsible for supporting the recruitment process outsourcing(RPO) activities of our organization. This role offers an excellentopportunity to gain valuable experience in the HR field andcontribute to the growth of a dynamiccompany.


KeyResponsibilities:

  • CandidateSourcing: Utilize various onlineplatforms job boards social media and other channels to sourcepotential candidates for openpositions.
  • Screeningand Short listing: Reviewresumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based onjob requirements. Conduct initial screening interviews to assesscandidatesuitability.
  • CandidateEngagement: Maintain regularcommunication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Provide information about job opportunities schedule interviews andcollect necessarydocumentation.
  • DatabaseManagement: Update and maintaincandidate databases and tracking systems accurately. Ensure allcandidate information is organized and easilyaccessible.
  • Coordination:Assist with interview scheduling coordination and logistics.Communicate effectively with hiring managers candidates and otherstakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitmentprocess.
  • AdministrativeSupport: Provide administrativeassistance to the HR and recruitment team as needed. This mayinclude preparing documents drafting emails and other clericaltasks.
  • Compliance:Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well asrelevant employment laws andregulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Excellentattention to detail and organizationalabilities.
  • Basicunderstanding of recruitment processes andtechniques.
  • Proficiencyin MS Office suite (Word ExcelOutlook).
