Job Title - SFDC BA


Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled SFDC Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to enhance our CRM processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements for Salesforce.com enhancements and customizations.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.

Salesforce Configuration and Customization:


  • Configure Salesforce.com to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Work with Salesforce developers to design and implement custom solutions, integrations, and automation.

Stakeholder Communication:


  • Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather feedback, validate requirements, and demonstrate solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce features and best practices.

Project Management and Support:


  • Assist in project planning, scoping, and execution related to Salesforce projects and enhancements.
  • Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Support the testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance the functionality and performance of Salesforce.com.
  • Conduct regular system reviews and audits to ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications:

Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:


  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce.com.
  • Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce.com solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud is preferred.

Skills:


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com tools and features, including reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com's best practices, governance, and data management principles.

Certifications (Preferred):


  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
