Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Supply Chain Operations, your primary role is to ensure the seamless flow of materials and products through the supply chain. You will be responsible for processing purchase orders, managing inventory levels, and fostering effective communication with suppliers and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Order Processing:

Efficiently handle purchase orders, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Monitor order status and address potential issues promptly.Inventory Management:

Maintain optimal inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies. Implement strategies to improve inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.Supplier Communication:

Build strong relationships with suppliers, communicating effectively about order status, delivery schedules, and quality concerns. Work collaboratively to address issues and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.Data Analysis:

Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and forecast demand. Generate reports to assess key performance indicators, providing insights for continuous improvement.Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and best practices.Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams such as logistics, procurement, and production to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information. Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and coordinate efforts.Quality Control:

Monitor and enforce quality standards in incoming materials and outgoing products. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve any quality issues.Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to supply chain activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.At Qure.aiDegree along with knowledge of supply chain management.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.Proficient in documentation for export and import of DG/Non-DG goods.Knowledge of SCM terms, INCO Terms and procedures.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
