Job Title: Supply Chain Executive

Location: Goregaon (Bangur Nagar)

Experience: 1-3 years

Job Overview:
As a Supply Chain Executive at Sun Chem India Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain network. Your primary responsibilities will include operating logistic aggregator tools, managing inventory, tracking deliveries, maintaining data integrity, managing delivery issues, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize logistic aggregator tools to optimize transportation routes and minimize costs.

Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.

Track deliveries from suppliers to ensure on-time delivery to our facilities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data related to inventory levels, delivery schedules, and supplier information.

Proactively identify and address any delivery issues or delays to minimize disruptions to operations.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve delivery-related issues promptly.

Implement and maintain procedures for accurate record-keeping and documentation of all supply chain activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve supply chain processes and efficiencies.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:
Any degree

1-3 years of experience in a similar role

Proficiency in operating logistic aggregator tools and familiarity with supply chain management software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.

Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
