Job Description

Create, evolve, and communicate a roadmap based on competitive landscape, industry trends, customer voice etc. that enables customer and business themes and multi-year product vision.

Work across partner teams - Supply Chain Strategy, Operations, Warehouse Management, Logistics and CS Monitor and identify synergies to provide a seamless monitoring experience Be excited about the "Optimizing the Supply Network" story, and all that happens under the hood, in order to do that Work with data to enable data-driven decisions Lead and drive unique and highly visible end-to-end projects across engineering, business, finance, customer support and other functions that will help deliver features, which can propel the company to be the go-to platform for consumers Evangelize and champion monitoring products to drive adoption, working closely with the supply chain operations team, as well as the logistics and customer support team Make pragmatic business and engineering tradeoffs to deliver business value

The Successful Applicant

Product Oversight: Lead product strategy, roadmap creation, requirement grooming, and development lifecycle management in coordination with business and engineering teams. Domain Knowledge: Knowledge on at least one of the domain functions of Supply Chain Strategy, Operations, Warehouse Management, Logistics or CS. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation (0) to scaling (1-Nth). Initiate, conceptualize, and execute new product launches while also scaling existing products to meet evolving market demands. Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team comprising Senior Product Managers, Product Managers, and Associate Product Managers. Stakeholder Management: Adept at managing various stakeholders, including cross-functional teams in Supply Chain Strategy, Operations, Warehouse Management, Logistics, and Customer Support.
