We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Owner to lead our Cloud Telephony Solutions team. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of our mobile-first telephony solutions in the BFSI, Aviation, and SME sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership:

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and end-users.
  • Create and maintain detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.

Market Evangelism:

  • Be a market evangelist for Cloud Telephony Solutions, representing the product at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for product improvement.

Product Adoption:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption in the target markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling messaging and promotional materials.

User Experience:

  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.
  • Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to enhance product usability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the success of the product.

Product Roadmap:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, incorporating business priorities and market trends.
  • Iterate on the roadmap based on feedback, market changes, and business needs.

Product Evangelism:

  • Act as an evangelist for Cloud Telephony Solutions, both internally and externally.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate internal teams and clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and gather feedback.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the product development process.

Regulatory and Compliance:

  • Stay abreast of DoT regulations and ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory considerations.


Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics & Communication or Computer Science.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product ownership, with a focus on cloud telephony solutions.
  • Proven success in driving the adoption of new products in competitive markets.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with cloud telephony technologies, mobile-first solutions, and emerging trends in the telecommunication industry.

Market Understanding:

  • In-depth understanding of the BFSI, Aviation, and SME sectors, with a track record of successful product launches in these domains.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Strategic Thinking:

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to align product goals with broader business objectives.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple stakeholders.
