**Job Description**:

- Ensure the entire team is continuously monitoring and analyzing all issues raised through Incident Management, deep diving in specific areas of concern using data from different sources to identify the root cause and aligning on action plans.
- Provide support to solution owners in developing standard operating procedures, training content, become part of train the trainer sessions to support further.
- Responsible for ensuring that all high severity incidents (escalations) are immediately handled by the appropriate team (Tech/Eng) and addressed as per defined SLA.
- Responsible for ensuring that the team is continuously improving their technical acumen on the tools and processes.
- Define severity of issues with Tech teams and align on SLAs for resolution based on business requirements.

**Job Purpose**

The role is accountable to provide expertise on Data Acquisition methodologies and platforms in production through close monitoring of module health and ensuring continuous improvements based on user experience and feedback.

The role will also be responsible to support Solution Owners in gathering business / functional requirements, reviewing their effectiveness, E2E design and acceptance criteria

**Qualifications**:

- B.S. or B.A. or Business Graduate
- 6+ years project experience with large programs / initiatives or 6 years’ experience with Nielsen products / services /stakeholders or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication, strategy and leadership skills
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills with the ability to lead large teams
- Ability to work across countries and effectively manage different stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to execute
- Extensive knowledge of operational processes and systems
- Experience on Agile methodologies and scrum management is desirable but not mandatory, i.e. Jira, and related testing solutions (Zephyr)
- Ability to work through challenges and manage multiple high priority activities concurrently, driving resolution
- Willingness to travel within and outside of home region
