**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Lead and guide the development team throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
- Implement version control practices using Git and collaborate with teams using tools like Bitbucket for code management and collaboration.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, cloud technologies, and Python frameworks/libraries to continuously enhance your skills and bring innovative solutions to the team.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster their growth and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a Senior Python Developer, demonstrating expertise in Python programming and machine learning.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in using version control systems, specifically Git, for code management and collaboration.
- Familiarity with code collaboration platforms like Bitbucket for managing code repositories and facilitating team collaboration.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira for task management, issue tracking, and project planning.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
