  • Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Car Showroom
  • Location: Ambattur, Alandur & Velachery
  • Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (plus attractive incentives)

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
  • Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
  • Conduct test drives and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Prepare quotations, handle negotiations, and close sales effectively.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat sales.
  • Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for smooth vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of current product lineup, features, and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • 3–6 years of sales experience in the automobile industry (car sales experience mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of financing, insurance, and car loan processes.
  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler license (four-wheeler license preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹33,000.00 per month
