Experience : 3 years to 10 years (Chennai location)

5+ years (Hosur/ Bangalore location)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days


Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts.

Technical Support:

  • Understand and analyze customer requirements to provide appropriate automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales process.
  • Provide post-sales support and address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and emerging technologies.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market trends.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial automation sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and robotics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
