  • Prepares financial statements and conducts analyses for the branch.
  • Supervises and manages department employees on a daily basis, providing leadership.
  • Ensures adherence to all banking procedures and processes.
  • Handles recruitment, screening, interviews, and hiring of new staff.
  • Oversees approvals for loans, lines of credit, and other financial arrangements.
  • Assists in maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Promotes the branch within the community to attract business.
  • Manages budget reports, prepares budgets, and analyzes them.
  • Provides advice on procedures, financial management, and policy development.
  • Manages financial reports for tax purposes, regulatory bodies, and other financial entities related to branch finances.
  • Forecasts and plans based on fiscal requirements.
  • Increases the number of bank accounts.
