to lead our
customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility
through strategic paid campaigns.

What You'll Own

  • Strategy & Execution
    : Lead high-performing campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.
  • Optimization
    : Maximize ROI with smart bidding, audience targeting, and continuous A/B testing.
  • Analytics
    : Monitor and improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS & LTV using tools like Google Analytics & Tag Manager.
  • Growth & Expansion
    : Identify new markets, build retargeting/lookalike strategies, and scale what works.
  • Collaboration
    : Partner with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align campaigns with big-picture goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads & performance marketing
  • Analytical mindset with proven track record of scaling paid campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with data-driven optimizations and funnel improvements
