Job Summary:

As the Business Head for our dynamic IT company specializing in Vehicle Tracking System and Auction Platform solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the business. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT, a deep understanding of the logistics industry, and experience in managing auction platforms.

Responsibilities:Customer Acquisition:

On boarding new clients through online and offline meetingsBuilding a robust network of pipeline customers across potential industriesFrequent engagement with potential customers

Business Development:Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.Drive business development initiatives to acquire new clients and enhance existing customer relationships.

Product Management:Oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Vehicle Tracking System and Auction Platform.Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet market demands and quality standards.

Sales and Marketing:Lead the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies for product promotion and customer acquisition.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute the company's overall strategic plan to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.Provide visionary leadership to align the organization with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Financial Management:Develop and manage budgets,ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to make informed business decisions.Team Leadership:Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

Customer Relations:

Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.Gather customer feedback to improve products and services continuously.Regulatory Compliance:Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure the company's adherence to legal and compliance requirements.

Technology Trends:Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations for innovation.

Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.Proven experience in a leadership role within the IT industry,particularly in vehicle tracking and auction platforms.Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.In-depth knowledge of the vehicle tracking industry and auction platform technologies.Strategic thinker with the ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic business ; environment.CTC: Rs 40 to 50 Lacs per annum
