As part of DevSecOps CoE team, your role would be to work closely with customers across verticals, understand customer focus areas, design innovative solutions and deliver a DevOps transformation roadmap.

  • You will develop proposal and RFP’s responses by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design from DevOps
  • You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates as per customer requirements
  • Develop DevOps platforms and accelerators as per the industry trends that deliver value to the customers
  • Provide thought leadership on DevOps innovations with white papers and participate in industry events
  • Ability to conduct DevOps Discovery and Assessments for clients – identify the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
  • Keep abreast with technology innovations in DevSecOps and Platform Engineering
  • Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
  • Ability to develop value-creating solutions and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability

Qualifications and Skills:


Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends in DevOps and participate in briefings to analysts.

  • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
  • Should have a growth mindset and learn new skills and develop capabilities.
  • One or two industry (BFSI, Professional services) domain knowledge
  • Excellent Presentations skills and Client Interfacing skills
  • Project and Team management
  • DevOps, Devsecops, Implementation of SAST, DAST, SCA tools ,RFP, Presales experience
  • Experience: 14+ years
