Role Summary:

As a Marketing Coordinator at Pataaree, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels. You will be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating resources, and analysing campaign performance to provide insights and determine the return on investment (ROI). Your work will help optimise Pataaree’s marketing strategies and support our continued growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest), email marketing, and paid digital ads.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure that marketing materials align with campaign goals and Pataaree’s brand identity.
  • Manage timelines, track milestones, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with external vendors and partners for paid campaigns, event promotions, and collaborations.
  • Customer Engagement & Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, behaviours, and trends in the wedding and luxury gifting industry.
  • Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to suggest innovative campaign ideas.
  • Assist in managing customer engagement activities like giveaways, contests, and collaborations with influencers.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
  • Monitor campaign budgets and track expenditures to ensure campaigns stay within allocated resources.
  • Assist in cost forecasting for future campaigns and provide suggestions for optimising spend to maximise ROI.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with Pataaree’s creative and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Communicate regularly with the Marketing Manager on campaign progress, results, and any adjustments needed to enhance performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or digital marketing (experience in the wedding or luxury goods industry is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking campaign performance and calculating ROI.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for design and branding consistency.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
