Role : Sales Manager (Abrasives) Location : Chennai Exp : 10 + Years


Responsibilities :


1) Identifying potential opportunity across South East Asian countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, Japan) and positioning Abrasive products against competition. Build Strategy roadmap.

2) Improving the overall sales of Abrasive products by ‘2X’ in 2 years

3) Generating new leads for Business development and broadening of sales funnel

4) Key Account Management

5) Identifying new distributors for Abrasive range of products

6) Monitoring the overall growth of abrasive industry, assessing market share of various players in the industry

7) Prioritize products needed and work with product development / application engineering team towards NPI for catering to those needs

8) Create brand awareness about Abrasive among the abrasive users

9) Drive customer engagement and loyalty

10) Receivables management
