Job Description
Position Overview
Full-Time, Employed position. Seeking an experienced psychiatrist for a leadership role. Mon-Fri work schedule with 1:4 weekend call. In-patient case load minimum of 16/day. No tele-psychiatry or split schedule.

A 120-bed facility that opened in December 2021, located in the Milwaukee suburb of West Allis, focuses on inpatient psychiatric care.
Minimum Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified in Psychiatry.
  • Valid and active medical license in the state of Wisconsin or ability to obtain quickly.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in psychiatric settings.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Medical Director or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong preference for candidates already licensed in Wisconsin and able to practice

Duties & Responsibilities Oversee psychiatric services, including rounding, admissions, treatment team participation, discharge summaries, medication management, and call rotation. Ensure high-quality care and compliance with hospital policies and standards.
