Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Sales Manager located in Trivandrum. The Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including generating leads, conducting sales meetings, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. They will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in the real estate or construction industry
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
