About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Technical Team Lead

to manage, mentor, and guide our technical team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including software development, design, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Design and develop responsive user interfaces using
  , HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap/Tailwind

for seamless user experiences.
- Build reusable and modular UI components with a focus on
performance, accessibility, and scalability

- Implement state management solutions (
Redux / Context API

) for efficient data flow.
- Optimize front-end performance with
lazy loading, code splitting, and minimal render times

.
- Integrate
RESTful APIs / GraphQL

with the front-end.
- Use testing frameworks (
Jest, React Testing Library

) for component reliability.
- Follow version control best practices with
Git / GitLab

Back-End Development

• Build and maintain server-side logic using
  ,

.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for communication between client and server.
- Manage databases (
MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL

) including schema design, queries, and optimization.
- Implement authentication & authorization (
JWT, OAuth

).
- Ensure application security with proper
data validation, sanitization, and secure storage

.
- Optimize server performance through
caching, load balancing, and asynchronous processing

.
- Write unit and integration tests (
Mocha, Chai, Jest

) to maintain code quality.
- Manage deployment pipelines and cloud services (
AWS, Docker, Heroku

).

API Integration

• Develop and integrate
  RESTful APIs

for smooth system communication.
- Work with
third-party APIs and services

.

Testing & Debugging

• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure system reliability.
• Debug and optimize both
  front-end and back-end

code.

Code Reviews & Documentation

• Participate in
  code reviews

to maintain best practices.
- Prepare and maintain
technical documentation, workflows, and processes

Preferred Skills

• Languages:

JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript (preferred)
- Front-End:

Educational Qualifications
