
CRM Manager – Customer Interface

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive CRM Manager – Customer Interface to act as the key link between our customers and the civil/construction team. You will ensure seamless communication, timely updates, and a smooth handover process, creating a positive customer experience throughout the construction journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate between customers and the civil/construction team effectively.
• Finalize and confirm drawings with customers and internal teams.
• Monitor project execution and progress.
• Provide regular construction updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Manage villa handover process, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Engineer graduates are welcome.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred, but fresh candidates with the right attitude can be trained.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
