HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts when necessary.
3. Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor and manage employee performance and growth.
4. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Promote continuous learning and skill development within the organization.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
7. Data Management:
- Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
8. Health and Safety:
- Promote workplace safety and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Handle workers' compensation claims and safety-related matters.
**Qualifications:**
-Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR functions or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
