Roles & Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand's objectives.Develop and maintain a database of influencers, including contact information and performance metricsResearch and identify potential influencers in the beauty and lifestyle space. Build and maintain relationships with influencers to secure collaborations.Oversee the end-to-end process of influencer campaigns, including negotiation, content approval, and performance analysis.Work closely with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with the target audience and promotes brand awareness.Utilise analytics tools to measure the success of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimise future strategies.Writing, editing and distributing press releases and media kits to announce new products, events, accomplishments, launches or changes within the organisation.Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging influencers, and social media platform changes to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of influencer marketing.Collaborate with various partners to explore various partnerships in terms of brands, movies, events etc where synergies meet and align with their deliverables

Requirements & Skills:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and industry professionals.Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including analytics platforms and social media management toolsClear and effective communication, both written and verbal.Proficient in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.Ability to think creatively and develop unique strategies for influencer collaborations.Collaborative attitude and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt strategies to changing market trends.
