Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager/Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns, specifically focusing on bulk barter collaborations and paid deals. You will lead a team of 8-10 members and play a critical role in executing, managing, and optimizing influencer campaigns at scale.

Key Responsibilities:●

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 influencer marketing executives and coordinators to ensure campaign efficiency and success.●

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies for both barter and paid collaborations, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.●

Barter & Paid Campaigns:

Oversee the execution of bulk barter and paid influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content, smooth negotiations, and reporting.●

Client & Influencer Relationships:

Manage relationships with clients and influencers, ensuring a seamless collaboration experience. Leverage your network of influencers to match the right creators to the right brands.●

Reporting & Analysis:

Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and present actionable insights and reports to clients and internal teams.●

Trend Awareness:

Stay updated with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and emerging platforms to ensure GroomYourGram stays at the forefront of industry innovations.●

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and performance tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:● Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on both barter and paid influencer campaigns. ● Proven experience managing large-scale influencer collaborations.● Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing a team of 8-10 members.● Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and the influencer marketing landscape.● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
