Job Description:


Location: Mumbai, India .


Job Responsibilities :


  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies. This includes setting goals, identifying target audiences, and developing creative content.
  • Manage influencer relationships. This includes building trust and rapport with influencers, as well as resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Create and manage influencer contracts. This includes negotiating terms and conditions, as well as ensuring that contracts are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Track and analyze the results of influencer campaigns. This includes collecting data on reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Report on the results of influencer campaigns to stakeholders. This includes presenting data in a clear and concise way, as well as making recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in influencer marketing. This includes reading industry publications, attending conferences, and networking with other influencer marketing professionals.
  • Need to have prior experience working with International brands


In addition to these responsibilities, an influencer marketing manager may also be responsible for other tasks related to marketing, such as:


  • Creating and managing social media content.
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Working with other marketing team members to coordinate marketing activities.
  • Analyzing marketing data and reporting on results.

 

Qualifications :


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to use them to reach target audiences.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
