A fundamental requirement for this role is a comprehensive understanding of all solutions offered under the Times Internet Umbrella. This includes the ability to articulate and advocate for these solutions effectively to agency partners. The manager should possess exceptional relationship-building skills to navigate the complex matrix of the internal environment at Times Internet as well.

Responsibilities:1. Manage Agency Relationships:- Foster strong relationships with planners at agencies.- Maintain long-term partnerships with agencies within the designated region, focusing on assigned agencies.- Work on enhancing TIL's positioning through networking and building strong relationships.- Regularly attend and organize meetings with agencies to maintain engagement and communication.2. Sales and Revenue Growth:- Enable business growth through managing agency relationships.- Participate in multi-platform pitches and deals to enable sales conversions.- Onboard new and churned client business.- Share monthly revenue analysis with key stakeholders at agencies.3. Collaboration:- Foster internal cross-functional collaboration and communication.4. Analysis and Reporting- Conduct ongoing analysis of agency engagement to monitor utilization and effectiveness.- Analyze and address accounts showing signs of decline or reduced engagement.- Identify potential markets, categories, and products for year-on-year growth.

Minimum Requirements:1-5 years of experience in an agency relations or sales roleComprehensive knowledge of the major agencies will be an added advantagefamiliarity with the dynamics of working under pressure.Local Language Proficiency (Good to have): Ability to converse in the local language, enhancing communication and relationship-building within the region.

Skills:Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with agencies, fostering trust and collaboration.Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas and proposals to agency partners.Numerical Aptitude: Strong flair for numbers, with the capability to develop deals, proposals, and costings accurately and efficiently.Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, utilizing it for data analysis, reporting, and financial planning.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for interacting with various stakeholders and conveying information clearly.Problem-Solving: Quick at problem-solving and troubleshooting, able to address issues and challenges promptly and effectively.

Abilities:Proactiveness: A proactive and self-starting approach, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.
