Responsibilities :
PositionResponsibilities Job Description
RoleAccountability 1.Manage portfolio (Multiple Due Stages) performancethrough a team ofCollections executives & callers in linewith Operating and process Plan.
Ensureappropriate infrastructure and resource availability in vendors tocarry out collectionsas per operating plan
Formulate collection strategies for the dpd basis as wellas per market dynamics portfoliospread/segmentation and businessrequirements
Identify critical /non performingsegments and ensure appropriate legal hardship tools areapplied tothem for satisfactory resolution
Conduct regularperformance review with all vendors Agency superviosers &callers for allcritical metrics to track the portfolio health andensure healthy process
Monitor eld collectionsby bucket/vintage/region to ensure cost adherence in operationsandachieve cost eciencies
Ensure adherence toCompliance Policy Collections processes and Audit requirementsCodeand conduct and maintaining standards to achieve customersatisfaction
Ensure proper recourse mechanism isfollowed to resolve customer complaints in a timelyand satisfactorymanner
Ensure 100 % coverage of cases ofallocated Ensure monthly cost provisions are reported to Financeteam as per timelines Identify upcoming markets in accordance withthe Sales growth plan and evaluate setting
up/expanding operations basis volumes; Raise timely redags on sourcing quality in newmarkets ensuring portfoliohygiene
Participate strategically and tacticallyin development and implementation of portfoliotreatments tomaximize collection for the portfolio and increaseresolution/extraction
Perform peer benchmarkingto create competitive infrastructure and deliver best inclassperformance on key metrics such as Credit Recovery as apercentage of Principle CreditChargeoffs Gross writeoffSettlementloss rates rate of recovery
