Our experienced team of over 40 sales and marketing staff brings over 50 years of expertise in marketing medical devices and collaborating closely with healthcare professionals in leading hospitals.                                                                                                                  

Job Responsibility

Developing Sales Strategies : Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve account-wise sales targets and objectives within the region well aligned with the organizational Goal.

Business Development :  The primary responsibility is the development of company business in Govt of Delhi Hospitals and medical collages, Central Govt Hospitals of Delhi, Autonomous bodies, Defence, and Corporate Hospital Chains, should have good knowledge of procurement procedures, Tender Gem RCs, Quotations etc.

Demand Management: Create demand from various departments and convert it into business should be aware of full process and should be able to independently handle it.

Dealers / Channel Partner Management: Should have knowledge of good dealers/ Channel Partners working in the above sector should be able to identify and appoint most a ppropriate channel partner in each key account.

Client Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Team Management : Leading and managing a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Market Research : Conducting market research to identify potential corporate clients, analysing competitor activities, and staying updated on industry trends.

Sales Planning and Forecasting: Developing sales plans, forecasting sales volumes, and setting performance goals for the sales team.

Sales Presentations : Making presentations to corporate clients, showcasing products or services, and negotiating contracts and deals.

Revenue Generation : Driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, upselling, and cross-selling to existing clients, and acquiring new corporate clients.

Collaboration : Collaborating with other departments such as Clinical Department to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis : Monitoring sales performance, preparing sales reports, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Complianc e: Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

ALL DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS MUST BE PERFORMED CONSISTENT WITH THE VIGGO MEDICAL DEVICES PERFORMANCE STANDARDS.

Qualifications

Bechlor (Masters Preferred) with relevant Business experience of minimum 2 years in the same field
