Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on onboarding mid to large-sized hospitals and provider organizations across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target mid to large-sized hospitals and provider organizations.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create effective sales materials.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Present MarianaAI’s platform solutions to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, department heads, and IT teams.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of MarianaAI’s solutions for new clients.
Market Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance platform features and functionality based on client needs.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the customer success and support teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations and challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
