JD:

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in InformationTechnology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·1-3 years of experience in ITsupport, service desk, or help desk roles.

·Strong technical skills introubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

·Experience with operating systems(Windows, macOS, Linux), Microsoft Office Suite, and common businessapplications.

·Familiarity with ITIL concepts,incident management processes, and ticketing systems.

·Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal.

·Customer-focused mindset with apassion for delivering exceptional service.
