Laver et nettoyer les bords de la piscine. Promouvoir une ambiance agréable et propice à la détente des clients, dans toutes les activités et tous les espaces de loisir, en adoptant un comportement positif et enthousiaste. Surveiller les activités au niveau des installations de loisir et réagir aux situations d'urgence dans le respect des procédures locales. Rappeler les règles régissant les installations de loisirs. Reconnaître les cas où certains clients ne peuvent participer en toute sécurité à une activité et en informer un responsable/superviseur. Prendre en charge, le cas échéant, les clients blessés jusqu'à l'arrivée des secours. Récupérer, plier et ranger les serviettes selon les procédures de la compagnie. Signaler les accidents, les blessures et toutes les conditions de travail considérées comme étant dangereuses au responsable ; suivre les formations et obtenir les certifications requises en matière de sécurité. Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de sécurité de la chaîne; rapporter les problèmes de maintenance, les risques d’accident, les accidents ou les blessures; suivre les formations et obtenir les certifications requises en matière de sécurité. Veiller à ce que son uniforme et son apparence soient propres et professionnels. Respecter la confidentialité des renseignements exclusifs; protéger les biens de l’entreprise. Soutenir tous les collègues et les traiter avec dignité et respect. Soutenir l’équipe dans l’atteinte des objectifs communs. Se conformer aux attentes et aux normes d’assurance qualité. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 25 livres (11,3 kg) sans assistance. Lire et vérifier visuellement l’information dans une variété de formats (p. ex., en petits caractères). Inspecter visuellement les outils, l’équipement et les machines (p. ex., pour identifier les défauts). Entrer et trouver de l’information en rapport au travail à l’aide d’ordinateurs et de systèmes de point de vente. Saisir, faire tourner et manipuler des objets de taille et de poids différents nécessitant une excellente motricité et coordination œil-main. Atteindre les objets au-dessus de la tête et au-dessous des genoux, y compris se plier, faire des rotations du corps, tirer et se baisser. Se déplacer sur des surfaces en pente, inégales ou des marches glissantes. Monter et descendre les escaliers et les rampes de service.
