Roles and Responsibilities :-
• Responsible for selling Enterprise solutions and services to premium accounts across various industry segments, ensuring deeper penetration of enterprise solutions across large accounts, developing these accounts from scratch and making a strategic partner to these premium customers.
• Build relationships with strategic C Level executives across the key accounts and sell the enterprise communication services to them.
• Develop the enterprise business proposition to gain a sustainable competitive advantage and greater share of wallet from their customers. Design, develop and implement an End to End Enterprise plan for assigned accounts.
• Ensure proper Partner mix & classification to provide reach, revenue, relevance and reputation to Enterprise business.
• Drive execution excellence in enterprise sales processes and operations.
• Prospect, develop and close new enterprise sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets Leverage industry trends to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions based on customer needs.
• Provide feedback and input on product roadmap for respective market and identify opportunities to deliver greater value to customers requirements.
• Gathers in-depth knowledge of clients business, organizational structure, and business processes to drive sales.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
• Graduate in any stream, MBA preferred
• Knowledge of prices, margins and activities of both, own products and competition
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;
• Ability to influence others and gain support from stakeholders
• Ability to determine appropriate priorities and be self-directed;
• Strong negotiator, collaborator and team player
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a fast work pace, managing multiple priorities simultaneously often under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to achieve results in the absence of overt guidance is expected
