Position Purpose: We are seeking a seasoned and resourceful professional to join our team as a Manager - Enterprise Sales. The primary responsibility is to research and pursue new business leads, create compelling business proposals and presentations, acquire strategic customers, and contribute to the organization’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Activities):
- Drive New Business Development through prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing software product sales in the Enterprise Division.
- Create and conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations.
- Identify potential client needs and sell solutions to address those needs.
- Identify customer challenges that can be solved with our Enterprise solutions and pitch our products accordingly.
- Develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and secure order closures.
- Engage with clients post-sale, collaborating closely with the projects and delivery teams to ensure smooth project deployment.
- Regularly interact with customers to develop strong relationships.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA in Sales or Marketing from a reputed institute.
- At least 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in IT product sales (preferably Payroll, HRMS, or ERP products) with direct selling experience of at least 3+ years.
- Proficient in prospecting, qualifying, and delivering value-based demonstrations.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software for planning and recording sales activities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Initiative-taking and goal-oriented.
- Highly client-driven.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional networking skills.
