Job Summary:
As a Business Development Representative at Pharmavise, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships to drive revenue growth. This role involves identifying market needs, generating leads, and executing sales initiatives to secure new business opportunities. Additionally, you will play a key role in getting recruitment requirements by sourcing bids and opportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, participate in industry events, and utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and recruitment efforts. This dynamic position requires a proactive approach to sales, a talent for relationship-building, and a strategic mindset to drive business success and foster a diverse and skilled workforce.
Responsibilities and Job Requirements:
Business Development
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships resulting in the expansion of our client base, build awareness of our company services and generate revenue.
Uncover immediate needs to target market through leads and follow ups, executing internal and external initiatives to drive profitable growth.
Support direct sales initiatives by creating and participating in sales meetings and presentations.
Identify and attend key conferences and trade shows as needed to increase company visibility and business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements.
Generate new leads and opportunities.
Develop and write proposals for submission to prospective clients.
Initiate and facilitate pre-work with a client as needed (e.g. CDA/NDA, MSA, SOW, meeting preparations).
Act as a liaison between Pharmavise and potential clients (e.g., setting up capability presentations, teleconferences).
Document leads, opportunities, proposals, and related activities in CRM.
Liaise with client during proposal negotiation.
Work closely with client-facing teams outside the Business Development function on sales strategies based on market research and competitor analyses and execute sales plan based on those strategies.
Conduct sales follow-up and order close with prospective customers.
Work with Marketing to coordinate promotions, participate in events, and conduct follow-up contact with prospective clients.
Utilize internal data tracking CRM tools to record and monitor ongoing sales activities and for producing sales metrics reports as needed.
Ensure communications are coordinated with internal stakeholders and support sales plan objectives.
Participate in regular Business Development team meetings and meetings with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of B2B Sales Experience
Bachelor’s Degree related to Business Development
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
Worked for the US market
Experienced in Zoho, CRM, Sales Navigator tools

Part-time, M-F, 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM PHT
