*Job Summary*

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital ecosystems, proven leadership capabilities, and a data-driven mindset.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

* Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.

* Lead a team of digital marketers, content creators, and external agencies to drive campaign execution.

* Manage and optimize the marketing funnel to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

* Oversee website performance, UX, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).

* Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio) to monitor campaign performance and ROI.

* Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.

* Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and sales to align marketing initiatives.

*Required Qualifications*

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

* Minimum 8 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

* Proven track record in designing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

* Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.

* Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot/Marketo, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush/Ahrefs, and CMS platforms.

* Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

* Experience managing budgets, teams, and external vendors or agencies.

*Preferred Skills*

* Experience in B2B/B2C marketing (tailor based on your business model).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
