We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can increase sales through high-performing paid advertising campaigns and smart digital strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive targeted sales.
  • Continuously improve conversion rates with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience enhancements.
  • Analyze campaign data, track key performance metrics, and prepare reports to measure sales growth and ROI.
  • Stay updated on competitor strategies and industry trends to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize returns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with business goals and ensure consistent sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns that deliver measurable sales results.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
