Role & responsibilities
- Operational Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement best-in-class operational strategies to ensure efficiency in sourcing, shipping, installation, and maintenance of CCTVs and GPUs.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage third-party installation partners and sourcing vendors, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain an up-to-date inventory of CCTVs and GPUs, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing downtime.
- Performance Monitoring & Data Management: Establish robust systems to track CCTV and GPU health, analyze data for trends, and proactively address operational issues.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine scalable operational workflows that are both trackable and scalable to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor an internal operations team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
- Service & Maintenance Coordination: Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met, troubleshooting operational bottlenecks and ensuring seamless support for clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to align operational initiatives with overall business objectives.
