Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Cold Calling Salesperson to join our sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, establishing relationships, and converting prospects into customers through outbound calls. This is a high-energy role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to overcome objections, build rapport, and meet sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided leads or research

Introduce the company's products or services and generate interest

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further discussions or product demonstrations

Overcome objections and handle rejection professionally

Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and sales activities

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts

Provide feedback on lead quality and sales tactics to improve the cold calling strategy

Follow up on previous calls to nurture relationships and close sales

 

Key Requirements:

Should have at least 1 yr of experience in tele marketing

Previous experience in cold calling or telesales is a plus

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly

Strong time management and organizational skills

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales tracking tools is a plus

A positive, can-do attitude and resilience in the face of rejection
