Job Overview

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in implementing and managing marketing activities to promote Comfort Castors’ brand and products. This role involves coordinating with the digital marketing agency, preparing marketing reports, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads and enhance the company’s market presence.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and distribute promotional content, including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and product brochures.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, catalogs, and advertisements.

Coordination with Digital Marketing Agency

  • Work closely with the digital marketing agency to manage the monthly content calendar and ensure timely execution of digital campaigns.
  • Oversee the agency’s activities, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and analytics reporting.
  • Provide inputs and approvals on digital assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data from campaigns and provide insights to optimize future marketing strategies.

Event & Exhibition Support

  • Assist in planning and executing participation in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and booth setup for marketing events.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare monthly marketing reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for senior management.
  • Maintain records of marketing activities, budgets, and ROI metrics.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Liaise with the sales team to understand their requirements and create marketing tools to support their efforts.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to create promotional content that highlights product features and benefits.


Key Requirements

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Travel

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
