About the Job

As a Recruitment Associate at Talent Shark LLC, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for our dynamic team. If you are a skilled recruiter with a passion for human resources and a strong understanding of HRIS, we want you on our team Your exceptional English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in communicating effectively with candidates and colleagues. Proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Excel is required to track and analyze recruitment data accurately.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  2. Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.
  3. Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a cultural and skills fit.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  5. Manage the recruitment process within the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the HR team.
