**What you will be doing**:

- Working in partnership with the Recruiters to create, build and maintain talent pools for continuous talent flow.
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.
- Act as a qualified or generalist to assist Business Units or regions.
- Build relationships with Recruiters and Hiring Communities
- Provide data insight into talent pools.
- Be a brand ambassador.
