Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance sourcing strategies and knowledge share with Talent Acquisition team
- Create competitor mapping org charts based on sourcing parameters provided by senior recruiter or executive recruiter
- Take part in special projects in-an-effort to further develop a best-in-class recruiting function
- Support a global team
- Established experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or similar field preferred but not required
- 1-4 years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools
- Advanced English (Written and Oral) skills required
