Job Title: Business Development Manager (Field Sales, Mumbai)
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a track record of exceeding targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services, engaging with customers, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with potential customers within the B2B segment by conducting 7-10 cold visits every day.
● Educate customers about our products/services and demonstrate their benefits.
● Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
● Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly.
Requirements:
● Minimum graduate-level education required.
● At least 1-2 years of field sales experience.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is optional.
● Self-motivated and results-oriented.
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
